I am Tibor Ráthy, a development teacher and IT teacher.
In my work I see every day how the digital world is changing people's attention, thinking and inner balance. Modern life offers so many opportunities, but it also often unnoticed overloads our nervous systems, our relationships and our daily calm.
I am particularly concerned about how the accelerated digital environment affects stress, anxiety, sleep and the quality of human relationships. I believe that these issues are worth talking about in a simple, clear and thought-provoking way.
That's why my e-books are born. In my writing I explore the less visible effects of the modern world: how the nervous system is overwhelmed by constant stimulation, why it's hard to really relax today, and how to find inner peace in a digitally saturated world.
A Digital Tranquility for me, is about learning to deal more consciously with the influences of the modern world, and to make room again for attention, silence and mental balance.
